Our Story
The Lighthouse Church and Ministries (TLHC) is a contemporary ministry led by Senior Pastor Keion Henderson and First Lady Shaunie Henderson and is one of the fastest-growing churches in America. Founded in Houston, Texas, in 2009, TLHC welcomes more than 22,000 members to services at four campuses each week. Through 30 unique ministries, TLHC maintains a global impact, reaching millions of unique weekly viewers online across six continents. The mission of TLHC is to be a beacon of hope, lighting the path to Jesus Christ through transformational worship experiences, genuine community, and compassionate service, empowering all to live out their God-given purpose.

Pastor Keion Henderson
As Founder, CEO, and Senior Pastor of one of the fastest-growing churches in America, Pastor Henderson has evolved as an inspiring force and steward of the Word of God. Through the strength of his voice, resilient leadership, and sophisticated understanding of the forces shaping the world, Pastor Henderson delivers Biblical principles with rapid-fire precision amongst a new generation of believers as he continues to keep faith relevant in today’s culture. Over more than 20 years in active ministry, Pastor Henderson has cultivated an international congregation, bringing God’s Love and Glory to millions of souls worldwide. Pastor Henderson is a learned thought leader, bridging generational divides with relational dialogue and leading practical applications for success.
Lady Shaunie Henderson
Pioneering media mogul, philanthropist, creative visionary, and culture-shifting producer, Shaunie Henderson is the powerful and popular founder and CEO of Amirah, Inc., the juggernaut production company behind one of the most successful and genre-defining franchises in reality show history. This Los Angeles native is deeply committed to motherhood and is proud to raise five children— Myles, Shareef, Amirah, Shaqir, and Me’Arah. She feels that establishing a solid foundation of love, sharing, and encouragement are essential to raising emotionally healthy and happy children in today’s society. Lady Shaunie is a proud wife to her husband, Pastor Keion D. Henderson, founder and senior pastor of The Lighthouse Church and Ministries, located in Houston, Texas.
